Abstract

The economy of Sampang Regency in 2024, measured by Gross Regional Domestic Product (GRDP) at current prices, reached Rp 24,881.79 billion, while GRDP at constant 2010 prices reached Rp 14,925.30 billion.

The economic structure of Sampang Regency in 2024 is still dominated by the Agriculture, Forestry, and Fisheries sector at 28.76 percent, followed by Wholesale and Retail Trade, Car and Motorcycle Repair at 19.98 percent, Mining and Quarrying at 14.49 percent, Construction at 12.13 percent, and Public Administration, Defense, and Compulsory Social Security at 4.85 percent. The role of these five sectors in the economy of Sampang Regency reached 80.21 percent.
